This was a bespoke house constructed using structured Insulated panels (SIPs) with an external construction of stone and timber cladding with a sarnafil roof covering including concealed gutters. The internal fit out was to a very high specification including a steel staircase with hardwood treads and glass balustrading and underfloor heating throughout.

The frontage contained large areas of glass including three large sets of aluminum sliding doors. An MHVR system was also installed. We believe the finished product is a fantastic advertisement for Hillam Build.
